The Authentic Education Conference Centre is a venue space that is purely dedicated to seminars, conferences, meetings, product launches and trainings of any length.

Your conference will be held on the 3rd floor of the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, you will have your own bathrooms and registration area. As no one else occupies the 3rd floor you will not need to be mindful of how your noise level will effect different seminars.

We would like to extend our gratitude for the smooth running of our NLP Preview event in June. A big part of the success of these events is how accommodated your clients feel. All the elements were planned for, down to the reception area to book attendees in, to the onsite toilet facilities, the registration desk and plenty of space to display merchandise and promotional material. Robb our principal trainer that evening was very impressed with the smooth setup and equipment co-ordination. The lighting was conducive for excellent professional photography to top off a wonderful event.

Dining and Catering Options

If you would like to provide a fine dining lunch or dinner for your guests then the fourth floor is dedicated to your culinary experience.

Cello’s Restaurant is heritage-listed and beautifully restored  in exact detail to its original 1920′s Art Deco decor.

On level 4 the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel has two rooms dedicated to your fine dining experience. The Adams Room which can seat 15 – 40 guests and the Cello’s Restaurant (pictured above) can seat up to 120 guests. Level 2 has fresh sandwiches, bistro menu and morning and afternoon tea is available. Ground foyer has counter food available. High tea service and canapés are also available.


The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel is an elegantly restored, heritage-listed property ideally located in the heart of Sydney’s commercial, retail and entertainment centre. It has 82 rooms and suites available. The rooms are quaint and affordable. Guests from out of town can stay either at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel or one of a host of accommodation styles available close by.
