We have an accelerated model which means you can learn and integrate our Rapid Results Coaching Framework live via Zoom in 8 days. You will receive a Results Coaching certificate from Authentic Education once you complete all practical elements at the 8-day live training.

Authentic Education is also an Accredited Level 1 Coach Training Provider with the International Coaching Federation. Students wishing to attain the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) must complete additional steps for their coach training. This includes: 100 hours of coaching experience, 10 hours of Mentor Coaching, Coaching Session Performance Evaluation and the ICF Credentialing Exam. You are supported by our inhouse ICF Coordinator & Mentor, Bronwyn Kennedy for this process. Typically this can take between 3-6 months depending on how quickly you can complete your 100 hours coaching log. There are additional costs involved with the ICF pathway, please speak with our Course Advisors about this during the enrollment process.

The Accelerated Coaching Certification is a coaching education and skills program so that you become confident in delivering meaningful coaching conversations that achieve results. Module 5 in our program includes some information around the business of coaching.

After you attend the live 8-day program, you will have access to multiple resources, templates and documents to set up your coaching business including an 8 Week Results Breakthrough Coaching Program, Discovery Call Script to sell your program, Client Journal, Coaching Agreement, Coaching Questionnaire and information around insurance, admin and finance systems.

Immediately after the 8-day life coach training course. Some people prefer to have some practice sessions for a few months before they begin charging which is fine too.

Yes! After completing our Accelerated Coaching program, you can contact our team to create a coaching profile on our website. This is like free marketing for you because our website visitors will search through coaches in their area and find you.

Module 5 in our coaching program includes aspects relating to the business of coaching. It includes a demonstration and script of how to deliver a discovery call to offer your coaching services to prospective clients so they are inspired to sign up. We specifically teach how to attract clients in our signature business program, Difference-Maker Accelerator and our Digital Marketing Made Easy program.

When you enrol into our program, you receive 12 months of additional support from our Authentic Education team.  This includes monthly group coaching and mentoring sessions live via zoom to ask Ben and Cham questions around coaching and business.  There are also monthly coaching demonstrations and practice sessions with Ben and Bronwyn so you can continue to develop your coaching skills and confidence as well as to log your coaching practice hours. You will also join a coaching mastermind with fellow coaches to practice and integrate your learning and have a support email to utilise anytime.   We pride ourselves on the support we give as we know when you feel confident in your coaching skills, you will be able to help more people reach their full potential.

Once you enrol, you will receive a link to review our student handbook, read through the ICF Code of Ethics and the ICF Core Competencies. We recommend that you read over these documents so that you become familiar with good coaching practice and coaching conduct. There is also a Coaching Questionnaire to fill in so that you have a snapshot of where you currently are and the goals you wish to achieve.

Once you have paid in full for the Accelerated Coaching program, you will also receive access to the On-Demand program. This is a full recording of the program. Some students like to review some of the content before attending the live program however this is not compulsory. You have lifetime access to this recording.

Yes, because this course is not based on any specific modalities. Therefore, you can plug any existing experience or modalities you have into the coaching model.

No, the great thing about becoming a Results Coach or any type of business, life, health or relationship coach is you don’t need an expensive office. In fact, phone or zoom coaching has many advantages for both you and your personal clients including no travel time or expense and ability to coach in different timezones.

It’s best to check with your accountant or research the rules for claiming education as a tax deduction in your country. Generally speaking, if it’s helping you earn an income (as an employee or business) in the current financial year then you can claim it in full.

Since coaching is also important for your personal development or skill as a manager, some of our students have had part or all of their course fee paid by their employer or another business they are associated with. In this case, we can issue a tax invoice in the name of your employer or other company.

We are not an RTO due to the restrictions the government would place on us to teach and continually update the content we believe you need to become a highly successful coach. RTO’s also have enormous amounts of red tape and costs which we would then need to pass on to our students. Therefore, this course is not eligible for government assistance in Australia. We do have accreditation and are a registered training provider with the International Coaching Federation which is the leading global organisation for professional coaches. We also are a registered training provider with the International Institute For Complementary Therapists.
