Things that are not true I'm here at a place called Mount Meru, a volcanic crater in Tanzania. Today's newsletter is about convincing yourself of things that are not true. This volcanic rock looks quite heavy but the funny thing about it is it's not what it seems. It's extremely light. So quite often in life we convince ourselves of things that aren't real. So please ask yourself these 3 questions:
