Do Something Random I'm coming to you from Cuba and I just wanted to show you something that is totally random - I'm going to give you some value in this newsletter in just a second so just hang in there - but just check this out, this is just completely weird. So this is a pre-historic mural. It's like someone said we've got this big stone wall could you go and paint it for us. So they painted a dinosaur, some snails and some pre-historic people. It's totally weird and today's topic is a bit about randomness. When was the last time you did something creative? When was the last time you got some crayons or some paints or went for a dance like those people over there? Or just did something random? Something different, something outside the box. The funny thing about our mind it has a preconditioning to set into inertia. It likes to be comfortable, it likes to sit inside the comfort zone. What you want to start to do is do some random stuff like actually go out there and push yourself and do something outside the ordinary; something creative something unique, something that's going to allow yourself to have some fun. Do some painting, some art, some singing, some type of music or something like that. Make a list of things you might want to do and then just set aside a weekend in the next month and do something creative like painting a stone wall with some dinosaurs on it. You'll be surprised at what it does it activates a whole new set of pathways in your mind and paves new neurological connections in your brain and it will actually allow you to think more expansively. So creativity is definitely one of the leading factors in allowing yourself to get exceptional results and go out there and in your love. This is the Director of Change coming to you live from Cuba until we meet again, smile often, live your love and do whatever it takes to be your own best friend. I'll see you soon.
